The Shalom Hospital and University Journal of Research and Development (SHUJRD) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Shalom University Institute Bamenda.
Our mission is to provide a platform for researchers, academicians, and practitioners to share innovative research and developments in health sciences, business, engineering, and humanities.
We aim to bridge the gap between academic research and practice, fostering improvements in outcome delivery and policy through high-quality evidence-based scholarly work.
